Medical NLP & AI Researcher

I am a PhD student in Information Technology at George Mason University, specializing in Medical NLP. My research focuses on analyzing patient narratives and developing AI-driven solutions to enhance clinical decision-making. I studied a year in medicince before I switched and graduted with a B.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut (explains my passion for working in healthcare?). I love to discuss my professional side, but I do have alot on the personal one (might do a dedicated section)! I just love to work with science, love to be a student, and admire all researchers and scientists out there. At some point in my childhood, when someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up, I said "a scientist". I am not sure if I am a scientist yet, but I am definitely a researcher.
